🌑️ Before You Head Away or Settle In

To avoid preventable issues (which may be chargeable if caused by neglect), please take a moment to check the following:

  • Test smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms
  • Leave your thermostat on a low, consistent temperature to help prevent damp, mould, and frozen pipes
  • Check your boiler pressure and thermostat batteries
  • Bleed radiators if needed
  • Avoid overloading plug sockets
  • Never leave candles unattended or near Christmas trees/greenery
  • Consider using battery-operated candles
  • Switch off/unplug fairy lights at night or when going out
  • Inspect Christmas lights for any damage before using them

Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a safe, Happy New Year.

With warmest regards,

The Lettings Team at Perry Bishop
