π‘οΈ Before You Head Away or Settle In
To avoid preventable issues (which may be chargeable if caused by neglect), please take a moment to check the following:
- Test smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms
- Leave your thermostat on a low, consistent temperature to help prevent damp, mould, and frozen pipes
- Check your boiler pressure and thermostat batteries
- Bleed radiators if needed
- Avoid overloading plug sockets
- Never leave candles unattended or near Christmas trees/greenery
- Consider using battery-operated candles
- Switch off/unplug fairy lights at night or when going out
- Inspect Christmas lights for any damage before using them
Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a safe, Happy New Year.
With warmest regards,
The Lettings Team at Perry Bishop
