Our 'Move Ready' pack help speed up the sales process, minimise sale fall throughs and give more certainty to both the seller and the eventual purchaser. The pack is completed in partnership with a local firm called Thomas Legal and is a service that is offered to all vendors at instruction stage.

The 'Move Ready' pack puts a significant amount of legal work in place before a sale is agreed. The pack provides more transparency to purchasers on key legal information before they commit to the significant costs of moving.

'Move Ready' allows the sale process to be completed significantly quicker than a 'normal sale'. This is because the legal work, usually carried out in the first 4 to 8 weeks after the sale is agreed, has already been completed upfront.

Since launching "Move Ready" we have exchanged contracts on our first property in just 56 days making it fantastic news for both buyer and seller - our current time to exchange contracts on a traditional sale is 107 days with the national average being a scary 154 days. We also, have yet to experience a sale falling through on any of our "Move Ready" sales. The conveyancing system is struggling and this is part of the solution.
